Besides being one of the nicest and easiest people to work with, she is great listener, and integrates your ideas with her expertise to come up with a design that we found exciting. Getting to a concept is all great, but you also need to have a plan that is practical to build. Our contractor was able to execute his work to her plans. We always felt that Charlene was in the boat with us about our desired landscape concepts and features and she worked hard to find novel ideas to any challenging issues and worked them into our final drawings. Finally, when the project is in build-out phase, she is available for additional support/questions.
