Design Investment Options:
- Premium Full Service (design + installation)
If you choose a streamlined start to finish experience and sign an installation contract with Rhea at DSTSCAPING, the design fee is covered in full by the DSTSCAPING as part of that agreement.
- Design Only (standalone package)
If you would like the design as a standalone package to use with any installer you prefer, the design fee is paid up front directly to Brum Landscape Design before design work begins. Your Premium Design Package includes an immersive 3D 360 design walkthrough so you can explore your new outdoor space from multiple viewpoints and truly understand the layout, flow, and overall look and feel. You will also receive one review meeting (up to 1 hour) where we walk through the design together, answer questions, and talk through any adjustments you would like to see. After the meeting, one round of revisions is included to refine the design based on your feedback. This service is intentionally visual, giving you clear, realistic direction and confidence in the design before moving forward.
