 Initial consultations are free.  In this meeting we will accomplish getting to know you and your project.  We will discuss your individual consulting plan and let you decide what your needs are.  A design proposal will be provided, and when you are ready, we would be honored for the opportunity to design with you!

 Brum Design is a Certified Landscape Design Company.   We offer a great variety of services from 2D CAD Plans to 3D Walkthroughs at very affordable prices.  

A Landscape Architect is needed if you require engineering for your project or need certain city permits.   

We are happy to discuss your project with you and help you decide whether or not we are the right fit for your project or if an Architect is needed.

Feel free to brouse the Internet, Houzz.com or Pinterest for design ideas.  This is a great way to show us specific elements that you are interested in, as well as the "style" you are looking for.  This helps us to get more into your thoughts and desires and allows us to put on paper a unique and personalized design just for you. 

Design fees vary by project.  Each project has different levels of creativity that needs to be incorporated into the plan.  Before we can give you a personalized quote, we will need to meet to go over your design "wants and needs".  We break down our design fees by category so you may choose as many or as few design styles as you wish, as well as phase out design options.  The initial consultation is free so that you have the opportunity decide if we are the right fit for your project. 

No, we are not installation contractors, however we work with several local and licensed contractors and can refer you and your finished design for a free installation quote.  Once we introduce you and you have started to installation, we are still on hand if any design adjustments are needed, or if you have any further questions.   

In this wonderful world of technology, we have many tools available to us to assist you in your design project.  We use Web meetings to meet face to face and in this process, I can share my screen with you as if we are sitting side by side.  I can also share control of the mouse so you can show me your thoughts anything on my screen or yours.  Prior to your meeting, we will request a few items such as your plot plan from the builder, HOA requirement package (as needed), photographs of the property and your house, and measurements (either taken by you, received from the plot plan, or we send someone out to measure for you.)
